Who is responsible

GreenTur is an independent service with no affiliation to GreenMobility A/S.

What we store

Your conversations with the chat: the messages you write, the answers, and the calculations behind each answer. We use them to find and fix wrong answers and to see what the service costs to run. Do not write personal details the chat does not need — a street name is enough to price a trip.

If you sign up for the waitlist: your email address, your language, and which page you signed up on. We use it only to tell you that GreenTur has opened.

We do not store your IP address. To stop abuse, the service counts requests per address in the server's memory for up to an hour. Those counts are never written to a database.

How long

Conversations are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Waitlist addresses are deleted once the opening email has been sent, or earlier if you ask.

Who else processes your data

To answer, your question is sent to Anthropic (the AI model and a filter that screens messages for abuse). Addresses and places you mention are sent to Google Maps and HERE to find the route and tolls. Questions about GreenMobility's terms are searched with Google Gemini. The service runs on Vercel, whose servers are in the USA, and the database runs on Supabase in Ireland. Email goes through Resend.

Some of these companies are in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, as set out in each provider's data processing terms.

Cookies and your browser

GreenTur sets only cookies needed for the site to work: one remembers your language. There is no tracking, no analytics and no advertising, so there is nothing to consent to.

Conversations you save in the chat are stored in your own browser, not with us. Clearing your browser data deletes them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to hej@greentur.dk. Tell us roughly when you used the chat and what you asked, since conversations are not linked to a name or account.

You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
